Ranil Jayawardena, Member of Parliament for North East Hampshire, continues to work on behalf of Crookham Park residents who have been affected by Taylor Wimpey’s long overdue commitment in completing remedial works. A recent response to Mr Jayawardena from Taylor Wimpey suggests that residents can anticipate all outstanding remedial items to be completed by the end of February 2017, four months later than the original commitment of October 2016.
Mr Jayawardena is working with Cllr Steve Forster, Cabinet Member for the Environment at Hart District Council to make sure the Council helps to get the substantial number of issues solved. Crookham Park residents are encouraged to visit the bespoke office located at the entrance of the development in order to report any additional concerns with their property.
Ranil Jayawardena, M.P., commented:
“I will continue to make clear that Taylor Wimpey should honour their commitment to you with regards to their end of February deadline. It’s unacceptable that people should have to put up with these long standing issues, which should have been resolved months ago.”
