Stephen is one of your 3 Conservative District Councillors serving Odiham and rural villages.
Stephen moved to Hook in the early 90s where his sons went to the local state schools before graduating and subsequently pursuing careers in front line public service roles. Stephen moved to South Warnborough in 2017.
Time spent living in the area combined with his experience as Chairman of the South Warnborough Parish Council and Co Chair of Odiham Health Centre Patient Participation Group, has given him insight into the concerns and issues faced by local residents, as well as an understanding in how to get things done in public services.
Stephen's professional background ranged from starting and building his own successful business to being part of a PLC leadership team. The expertise he has developed over his professional career provides the skill set needed to ensure quality decisions are made that affect us all, whether that be about planning, where we spend money on much needed local services or dealing with the myriad of problems that face Hart today.
